2. Early Cancellation & Buyout Fee
Because DaySaw Agency absorbs 100% of the upfront design, development, and configuration costs ($1,500+ value) for $0 down, early cancellation prior to completing the 6-month term requires an Early Cancellation Fee of $500.
After 6 Months: Cancel anytime with a 30-day written notice — zero cancellation fees apply.
3. Website Ownership & Hosting Transfer
Active Subscription: DaySaw Agency handles all hosting, maintenance, SSL security, and software updates while your subscription is active.
Asset Export: Clients retain full ownership of their custom domain, original branding, and media assets. If a client chooses to cancel and transfer hosting away after 6 months, a full static HTML/CSS export package is provided upon request.
